Abstract

The paper presents analysis of food of the Great Cormorant on the wintering site Troja in Prague. The analysis of stomach contents provided interesting results; most of the food consisted of economically unimportant fish species - the Ruffe (Gymnocephalus cernuus) and the Common Roach (Rutilus rutilus).
