Transformation of school in the context of current curricular reform brings about necessary changes in teacher training. Not only the transformation of educational system, including implementation of framework school educational programs, but also the need of effective educational solution in schools become major topic discussed by specialists.
It brings higher requirements on professional competences of teachers. The paper presents outcomes of pilot innovative seminar model, the program of which is based on necessary interconnection of social pedagogy with pedagogical practice in schools.
Special conception of the seminar enabled the students compare their image of pedagogical work with outcomes of the research prepared, realized and evaluated during their seminar.
