Abstract
The most successful novel to date, the semi-autobiographical novel is a complex story of a woman who lives in pre-Communist Romania, Communist Romania, Israel and late twentieth/early twenty-first century USA. In 2008 awarded The Prix Goncourt de Lycéens.
