Abstract
Through descriptors of the Common European Framework of References, the author introduces contents and methods of teaching Czech for foreigners at medical faculties. The wide concept of teaching professional languages assumes not only mastery of professional terminology but also development of linguistic and mental processes, always according to the given aim.
