Abstract
In this time the kidney transplantation is very successful clinical method whichsolves chronic renal insufficiency in the patients with the renal failure. Nevertheless even the good transplant organization and modern immunosuppressive therapy this transplantation does not reach as good results as the transplantation from the relatives.
And this is the reason of increasing numbers of living donors kidney transplantations.
