Abstract
Calcaneal fractures are serious injuries and inadequate treatment is complicated by painfull results. Percutaneous technique plays an important role in management of these injuries.
The aim of our paper is to present decision algorithm that appoints strategy of treatment of several types of fractures. Fracture types are defined according AO and Sanders´classification.
We should like to describe own minimally invasive technique of osteosynthesis of calcaneus that we developed according to long term opinions with treatment of these injuries.
