Abstract
Early initiation of rehabilitation is a key component of stroke unit care. Stroke multidisciplinary team as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy of cognitiv deficits is needed.
It is recommended to continue rehabilitation after discharge during the first year after stroke.
