Detection of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato DNA by real-time PCR

Abstract

The article discuss about introduction, optimization and validation of real-time PCR for detection Borrelia DNA including control of DNA polymerase inhibitors presence. In the next part of the article are summarized the results obtained by the new method.
