Abstract
Amyloid myopathy (AM) is one of primary amyloidosis manifestations. AM may be a difficult differential diagnostic problem within myopathies.
The authors report a case of 57-year-old man, the diagnosis of AM was established at him after several years follow-up for suspected polymyositis.
