Abstract

The results of in vitro testing and study of structure-activity of cytostatic tetrazole-butenolide conjugates showed a promising activity against both leukemic cells HL-60 and CCRF-CEM, and pathogenic fungi, particularly in ethylsulfanyl derivative.
