Abstract
The objektive of article is to inform expert with the new provison of regression compensation in medical and health insurance. Generally it is a situation, when illness or injury was cause by another person (physical assault, robbery etc.).
In this cases penson will be treated by doctor (the cost of healt insurance) and at cases serious damages to healt will issue temporary working disability (the cost of medical insurance). So if there is to treat patient at the doctor and if there is a temporary working disability (or provision of healt care), the medical and health insurance is obliged to claim the regression reimbursement from the person who cause the injury, therefore pay all costs associated with illness or injury.
