Biventricular pacing in the early postoperative period after cardiac surgery

Abstrakt

The aim was to assess the value of targeted cardiac resynchronization therapy within 72 hours after cardiac surgery in patients with significant mechanical dyssynchrony. CRT provided better cardiac output and cardiac index when compared to DDD pacing.
