Abstrakt
This is the continuation of studies started in the previous work (The Philosophy in the City, 2008). This time the author examines how the aspiration to found the new city gives rise to the birth of two figures: the classical founder the city and the modern engineer.
In the last part of the book is studied the third figure, the vitalist who characterized the age of the emergent phenomena.
