Abstract
Using the protein array method we determined serum levels of angiogenic factors during the surgical treatment of patients with renal cell carcinoma. Serum levels of IL-8, PDGF and leptin showed statistically significant differences during the 8 weeks (before, 7. day and 8 weeks after operation) according to advanced state of tumour.
