Determination of angiogenic factors in serum by protein array in patients with renal cell carcinoma

Abstract

For detection of angiogenic factors we used antibody array and we analyzed relative serum levels of these proteins. We investigate, whether the serum angiogenic factors (angiogenin, MCP-1, PDGF) in patients with clear cell RCC (renal cell carcinoma) indicate some significant differences dependence on stages of RCC.
