Abstract
Clear renal cell carcinoma is resistant to chemotherapy. Recombinant INF-alfa a rIL-2 supress proliferative activity of tumor cells and stimulate immune answer against tumor.
There is discussion about using of IL-2 in the treatment of RCC in this article.
