Abstract
The text is a first Czech comment on European document EFPA. It describes the history of development of European certificate of psychology including the related regulations.
It defines the certificate and specifies the process of applying and obtaining such document. In supplement, minimal training standards for undergraduate psychologists in Europe are defined including the required skills.
