Antilaminaribioside and antichitobioside antibodies in inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate ALCA and ACCA in the Czech population with for diagnosing inflammatory bowel diseases and distinguishing Crohn´s diseases from ulcerative colitis. In conclusion, we failed to confirm that ALCA and ACCA may be useful either to differentiate between inflammatory bowel diseases and healthy subjects or to stratify Crohn´s diasese.
