Abstract
The author was engaged in the probleme of the sense, need and possibilities of the implementation of multicultural nursing care to the midwife practice which takes care about foreing woman in childbed in the delivery room. She explaines universal conceptions these probleme of multicultural society. She offers the use of the nursing models with multicultural philosophy.
She illustrates the specialities of nursing care, midwifes care, specific atmosphere of delivery room, labour pain, and personal experience in the childbirth. She submits concrete datas of the frequency of foreing women in one certain maternity hospital.
She shows the way of the admision, the communication and multicultural nursing care in the midwifes practice.
