Interventional cardilogogy - an unusual procedures

Abstract

Amplatzer occluder in interventional cardiology is excelent device for an unusual procedures. We dexcibe, as a care reports, it´s use in rare indications lide post-myocardial infarction ventricle septal defect paravalvular leak or pseudoaneurysm of ascendent aorta.

Very uncommon is also a case of platypnoea-ortodeoxia. Presented cases demonstate the possibilities of safe treatment of severe cardiac deseases without need of surgery.
