Abstract
This article is devoted to the basal stimulation which is focused on the support of perception, communication and human kinetic abilities (patient, client, learner). The assumption of this conception is the work with individuality of the client and the integration of his relatives in the nursing or educational process. The conceptoin of the basal stimulation has elaborated rehabilitative practice for somatic, vestibulary, vibratory taste, optical, auditive, stimulation. and next.
