Abstract
The results of the applied research in the field of providing social and health services to the elderly in the Czech Republic. The partical topics focus on: mapping out of sources in quality management in social and health services for the elderly; describing the quality management process and identifying obstacles within this process; analysing the effect of service quality management in organisations providing social/health services to the elderly.
