Abstract
Most citizens of Switzerland have, beside their normal insurance for old-age pension, also complementry insurance, mostly very positive. Insurance comapnies are interested in young and healthy persons.
Thanks to this complementary insurance, patiens gain accesss to higher quality of medical care and more expensive drugs, some of which not yet registred in the country.
