Guidelines for the use of biological therapy in inflammatory bowel diseases

Abstract

IBD Working group in Czech Republic created own proposal of guidelines concerning initiation antiTNF treatment of Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis, treatment of extraintestinal manifestation, contraindication antiTNF therapy, therapy in special situation and monitoring of effectiveness and safety of antiTNF therapy.
