Abstract
Social enterprises are a new term. It reminds orientation of international institutions in the 80s, when the concept of social enterprises on the governmental level was developed in Europe.
The subjects in third sector are separated from a state, autonomous, mutual, preferring social aspects and interests of their members, whose main aim is not any profit.
