Abstract
In the case of irradiation by unknown dose of ionizing radiation the sample of peripheral blood must be taken within 6h after the exposure, when the damaged cells are still in circulation. Analysis is performed at separated lymphocytes.
We propose following possibilities: 1. Staining by Annexin and mixure of monoclonal antibodies for NK cells subset detection (anti-CD3, anti-CD8).
Analysis of decrese of this subset during the time could reflect received dose. 2. Analysis of histone H2A.X phosphorylated on serine 139 by flow-cytometry or confocal microscopy. 3.
Lysis of the lyphocytes and detection of increase in protein p21.
