Abstract
We are grateful to organizations of civil society thanks to them many alternative social, health and educational services have been established. The most of organizations of civil society supports solidarity for less capable, sick men or physically disabled persons, providing help for poor and excluded individuals, help both the old and the young, support solidarity between employed and unemployed, men and women, generations.
