Ionic dysbalance and other parameters of homeostasis during long-term extracorporeal lipoprotein elimination

Abstract

Our modification of the extracorporeal LDL-elimination procedure is not accompanied by ionic disbalance or by significant undesirable hematological and biochemical changes. It is highly effective, removes major pathogenetic agents in FH, especially, LDL-cholesterol and lipoprotein(a).
