Abstract
Translocation t(14;18) represents a typical cytogenetic aberration in patients with follicular lymphoma. Several types have been described.
Many techniques are potentially useful for detection - from classical cytogenetics to PCR and FISH. Standardization of methods of t(14;18) detection is necessary.
