Abstract
This text presents Instrumental Enrichment (program for enhancement of cognitive functions)in the perspective of thinking skills approach. This study is aimed at evaluation of current research status of Instrumental enrichment in Czech contrasted to English literature.
It analyses typical research design for evaluation of effectiveness of this program and offers a new methodological approach to overcome problematic aspects of research done on Instrumental enrichment so far.
