Abstract

The clinical studies carried out leads to the hypothesis that the fasting patients for several hours prior to a surgery have a negative influence on the internal metabolic environment of a patient. Current results can show in used markers (biochemical, muscular power, cardial functions, conditions of a proximal GIT and psychosomatic disposition) some unpleasant feelings in group of fasting patients in contrast with drinking or administrated by infusions patients preoperatively.
