Abstract
This book opens a new series that will be dedicated to the central questions of philosophical anthropology. It shows how the classical philosophical anthropology inherited the central problems of the "philosophy of life" developed at the end of the 19th century (Dilthey), and it explains the consequences for a philosophical anthropology today.
