Complicated coronary interventions. When is early enough? When is too late?

Abstract

The authors discuss the issue of complex coronary interventions in high risk patients on an example of four case reports. In this group of patients it is possible to perform PCI successfully, but a higher incidence of serious complications has to be taken into account.
