Thermoinactivation and baroinactivation of selected miroorganisms and growth model of E. faecium

Abstract

The authors describe baroinactivation data of Lactobacillus plantarum, Staphylococcus epidermidis and growth data and growth model of Enterococcus faecium (dependence on temperature and water activity for pH 6.8) verified for human and cow milk.
