Abstract
The publication summarizes the results of the same research project specific research No. 262 403/2011 solved the Law Faculty of Charles University, a team of international law department, along with some students. The scientific projekt which resulted in this publication brought about interesting findings on regional and thematic differentiation of international human rights instruments.
