Abstract

Updated and expanded edition of the publication gives an interpretation of the basic institutions of commercial law, students not only to corporate universities, which is primarily intended, but also the wider general public, an overview of the current regulation of relations arising in business. The authors deal with both aspects of public relations (legal business conditions in the country, resolving commercial disputes, protection of competition) and private aspects (legal status of commercial companies and cooperatives, contractual relations in business, including liability in these relations, unfair competition).
