Some issues of separation of powers in the current Constitution of the Czech Republic

Abstract

The chapter discusses the main challenges on which the Constitution of the Czech Republic. Author based on the idea that the Chamber of Deputies in the Czech constitutional system in a unique position compared to other constitutional bodies.
