Abstract
Allowance for the workshop, whose theme is the family in a secularized society is based on certain facts, which are the family currently known, for which it has reached in the development of some family relationships over the past two hundred years. Sekularizuje Czech company, which is also evident among other things, the development of legislation family relations, the legal basis is gradually modified as a purely private relationship.
This understanding has already been identified in the general principles of the Civil Code of 1811. Access to civil marriage and parenting will eventually speed up the adoption of special Laws, Law and Family Law (1949) and the Family Act No. 94/1963 Coll., which replaced the previous standard and a number of amendments, is still valid law governing family relations.
