Abstract
The authors analyze some principles of education in an open virtual space and compare the advantages and disadvantages of having one's own installations of wiki software in comparison with using Wikipedia in university education. They analyze the basic principles of Wikipedia and their relevance to university education, and discuss some additional functions which having one's own installations of wiki software can bring to the educational process.
At the end of the article several examples are mentioned approaches which are based
