Abstract

The publication showcases the contemporary psychology of work and organization. The introduction is devoted to ethical aspects of work and organizational psychology and certification Europsycholog, in the next section focuses on new methods (eg the Vienna Test System, Hogan tests or new typology of personality questionnaire - GPOP).

It also deals with evaluation work and his more unusual aspects, reducing headcount, easing the process of finding and applying for another relaxed employees. Three essays on the subject include both psychological aspects and macroeconomic factors.

In conclusion, the authors pay attention to counterproductive work behavior, which is a new concept for us so far insufficiently described, and the issue of mobbing. The publication is intended for readers from the students of psychology, adult education and economic fields and experts in these fields and in practice, especially HR.
