In his essay, Matrimonial Cases in the Mirror of Processus iudiciarius secundum stilum Pragensem, Dominik Budsky deals with the treatise originated in 80's of 14th century in Prague. This writing was compiled by official of Prague archbishop Nicolaus Puchnik (+1402) and is quite widespread in the region of Central Europe.
