Abstract

Contemporary technology, creating an open global information and communication space expose teachers to new positions, for which it also had to be newly trained. Eligibility to use information and communication technologies and realize information education becomes one of the essential tasks of teachers and the conditions for the teaching profession.

Proposed project in relation to the application of the State Information Policy in Education (SIPE) aims to uncover the development, shifts and trends in achieving the issue of information literacy in academic preparation of students. The project envisages the implementation of the following points: 1) Determining the level of information literacy in significant areas of IT. 2) Research of adequate methodology of evaluation criteria in the input / output powers. 3) Development and validation of the evaluation system (environment) for Development Research (state shifts) in the area of general information and professionally functional literacy.
