Abstract
Article deals with some of the general tax law questions. It defines the tax system, deals with general tax liability and in this context also with the legality of taxes, attention is paid to the basic elements of the legal structure of taxes.
In the area of personal income tax is dedicated to the issue of tax returns, respectively tax claim, the annual accounting and tax allowance.
