Abstract
The Stability Pact, coordination and management of economic and monetary union, which among journalists and politicians earned the abbreviation "fiscal pact" is not just a tool as soon as possible solution to the crisis of the euro. Quite frankly opens the way towards greater concentration of budgetary powers to EU institutions in order to gradually balance the unevenly tilted beam between fiscal and monetary part of the process of economic and monetary unification.
