Abstract
For nearly 100 years in the financial market there are quite specific entities - the rating agencies. In recent years, credit rating agencies in improper printing mentioned so often in the context of the ongoing financial (debt) crisis, when they were accused of being deliberately assessed as a high quality investment instruments that actually had the character literally toxic.
