Supreme Court: a contract with a related party may be valid even without an expert opinion

Abstract

For the transfer of assets between related party and the Commercial Code requires the opinion of an expert appointed by the court (§ 196a). The Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court changed this case: a contract with a related party may be valid even without expert opinion.
