Preparation and the kinetic stability of hyaluronan radiolabeled with 111In, 125I and 14C

Abstrakt

Hyaluronan was radiolabeled with 111In, 125I and 14C and its stability in three different mediums, acetate buffer pH 7, rat plasma and artificial gastric juice was determined by HPLC analysis.
