Effects of aluminium chloride on cell growth and production of coumarins in cell suspension cultures of Angelica archangelica L.

Abstrakt

Culture growth was not affected in the presence of AlCl3 at concentrations from 1 to 1000 microM. Production of coumarins was stimulated by AlCl3 in the dark-grown cultures.
