A phthalocyanine-mestranol conjugate for photodynamic therapy prepared via click chemistry

Abstract

In this article, some phthalocyanine modified with one azide group were subjected to azide-alkyne cycloadition ('click chmeistry') with mestranol and photophysical and photochemical properties of the final conjugates were determined.
