Evaluation of hybrid hydrophilic interaction chromatography stationary phases for ultra-HPLC in analysis of polar pteridines

Abstrakt

HILIC stationary phases applicable in UHPLC were evaluated. Analytical conditionds were optimized in anlysis of polar pteridins using FD and MS detection.
